Large Format

On sanded plywood surfaces I create life-size figures. Both male and females reach out eagerly to the observer in deep, strong tones that emphasize vitality and presence. A message can be heard - this is the average person, neither glorified, nor exaggerated . This is an attempt to bring the mundane to light, to emphasize its significance and beauty.
